Shipping policy

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Cranbury, New Jersey, USA. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing Time
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) of payment confirmation. Most orders ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (after processing)
• Standard Shipping via major US carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground) : 3–7 business days to the contiguous 48 states
• Alaska & Hawaii : 5–9 business days
Most contiguous-US orders arrive within one week of order placement.
Shipping Costs
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $49 USD or more
• Orders under $49 USD: $4.95 flat
Order Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end USPS or UPS tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link. If you haven't received your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time we are unable to ship to:
• P.O. boxes
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
• Freight-forwarders or remote/freight-only ZIP codes
If you're unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated in 7+ business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us with your order number. For packages confirmed lost in transit or arriving damaged, we will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
